Mom and Baby Yoga is a very gentle and calming class, provided in a supportive, welcoming and nurturing environment and is suitable for all levels of yoga experience and focussed on bonding with your child.
What is it about?
Mom and Baby yoga is a yoga class held on-line which focusses on on getting back health and strength to the mothers body.
This class will also help you to bond with your child and finishes with a short relaxation to give you to time to bond with your baby.
The Mom and Baby yoga class is beginner friendly and will help you tone your body and get back to your desired shape.
If you can’t make the live class a recording of the class will be sent to you and available for a week.
