Gentle Yoga Classes For Seniors And Others In Monaghan

​The aim of the class is to feel good in your body and to able to perform your daily activities with ease.

What is it about?

This is a gentle yoga class designed with seniors in mind but it is not limited or restricted to just seniors, it is suitable also for people who are stiff or recovering from an injury that need gentle movements to ease out joint pain and stiffness. 

Many people think that you cant move if you are old, but I say you should move if you are old! No matter if you are 60, 70 or 80 you can still do yoga.

The class will focus on spinal mobility, core strengthening (not just the tummy but the whole stabilizing structure of your torso), balance, flexibility and injury recovery.

The aim of the class is to feel good in your body and to able to perform your daily activities with ease.

The class will also include some breathing exercises and a wonderful relaxation at the end. To allow you to feel calm and energised as you leave.
